Solution Play Training Center is hosting "Magic and Mastery of Relational Ethics", 19 May 2023

Participants will review the core ethical principles that guide ethical decision-making. • Participants will learn a relational ethics model that is a more dynamic ethical decision-making model. • Participants will identify the key ethical issues inherent in virtual therapy and how to maintain an ethical practice when providing on-line services. • Participants will have fun applying principles of magic and improv to ethical decision making. • Participants will practice the relational decision-making model skills in small group interaction.

Strong Parents, Stable Children is an interactive, strengths-based 4-hour workshop designed to provide an overview of five Protective Factors of Parenting: sensitive parenting (authoritative parenting practices), parental resilience, knowledge of parenting and child development, children’s social and emotional competence, and building social connections. These characteristics promote optimal development by helping families succeed and thrive, even in the face of risks and challenges. These five Protective Factors have been identified by the Center for the Study of Social Policy as elements that increase the overall well-being of children and families.
